Shipping
Goods can be delivered, or can be picked up in our workshop (Opvelp, near Leuven).
YTA delivers in the following countries: Belgium. Other countries on request.
Small items can be delivered by Bpost to Belgium and the Netherlands.
For deliveries abroad, the general conditions will be different.
Big items will be ready in our workshop within 8 to 12 weeks at the latest.
Small items (when in stock) will be offered to Bpost once a week. Except on public holidays or company closing days.
For big items you will be notified by mail or phone to set an exact delivery / pick up date together. It is important that somebody is at home to accept the delivery (our driver is alone and will need a helping hand) and to sign the delivery note.
All given delivery terms should only be considered as an indication, but are not legally binding. No fines can be pointed towards YTA in case of late delivery.
As soon as the goods have been delivered at the delivery address, the risk concerning these products is the purchaser’s responsibility.

Way of shipping & shipping costs
Small items can be delivered by Bpost.
Shipments are handled by Bpost in traceable parcels. When your order leaves here, you will receive an email with a tracking code.
- Bpost within Belgium: 7,99 euro
- Bpost to the Netherlands: 13,20 euro
We can ship to your home address. Not at home often? Then choose to have your parcel delivered at a Bpost Post Point or an automatic parcel machine. You can also have your parcel delivered to a neighbor, to your garage or to another safe place. Please indicate your preferences at bpost.be/mypreferences.
We only deliver small items within Belgium and the Netherlands through Bpost. For other destinations, contact us to find out about your (shipping) possibilities.
YTA can ship big items by truck to your home address or you can pick them up at our workshop.
Delivery by YTA in Belgium
Shipping costs: single & return, from Leuven: 115,00 euro
Please take into account that our driver will be alone and may need a helping hand to unload.

Pick-up in our workshop
Pick-up is possible by appointment from Monday to Friday from 8h30 till 19h.

As soon as the goods have been delivered at the delivery address, the risk due to loss or damage concerning these products is transferred to the customer. .
When in doubt, it is strongly recommended to contact YTA.
Uncollected orders
Uncollected orders from the post office, post point, or parcel machine, will be returned to us. You can then collect your order at our registered office. Would you like your order to be reshipped? Then we will charge you again for the new shipping label. If your returned order is not claimed within 2 months, the content of the order will be made available again on the web shop. No refund can be claimed for these unclaimed orders. The same arrangement applies to orders that have not been picked up at our facility within a period of 2 months.
Damaged items
We pack our products very carefully. For this purpose, we use different types of packaging materials.
YTA is not liable for damage and/or loss of items once delivered.
