What data do we collect?
We collect personal data provided by you via the website www.yta.be. We undertake not to divulge any data to third parties. These personal data and information are confidential. They will only be used by the internal services for the processing of orders, payments and administration.
If you give us a phone number via our website, you will only be contacted by us by phone, if necessary, to inform you about the order you placed online.
We do not sell, market or lease any customer information to third parties. In case of transfer or use of personal data by third parties, we commit ourselves to informing the customer in advance in order to allow him/her to exercise his/her right to object.
Website and web hosting
We use the popular and renowned service WordPress.com and other integrated services, such as WooCommerce Services to publish and manage our website www.yta.be. Our WordPress web hosting is managed by combell.com.
Only anonymous and/or anonymized data are collected and temporarily stored by these sub-processors that are necessary for the functionality of the website or to make a limited amount of statistical data available to its sub-processors.
The Privacy Policy of WordPress.com applies to you as a visitor to our website.
Courier service Bpost
For the shipment of parcels, we use the online shipping service of Bpost. We share your name, address, e-mail address and your language preference – possibly the chosen Bpost pick-up point. These data are used exclusively to process the shipment of your package. Your personal data are transmitted and stored in a protected manner. Bpost is bound to secrecy and will treat your data as confidential. Bpost does not use your personal data for any other purposes than those described above.

How long do we keep your data?
To the extent possible, YTA and its processing partners try not to keep your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected.
YTA has no control over the different storage periods at its partners, but has – where necessary – a processing agreement (Data Processing Agreement) with these parties which shows that the processor respects the privacy legislation (according to AVG/GDPR).
As a rule, and where applicable, we will not retain your personal data longer than 3 years after the expiry of the statutory minimum retention periods.
